Vegan French Toast
A good way to use up the sourdough that I made yesterday.

Instructions
- Mix flaxseed and warm water in a small bowl and lest rest for 5 minutes.
- In a small dish (we used an 8x8 square casserole dish) whisk the soy milk, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and cornstarch. Then mix in the flaxseed mixture.
- Soak bread slices on both sides.
- Place slices in lightly greased non-stick pan and brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side.)
