Vegan French Toast

A good way to use up the sourdough that I made yesterday.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Mix flaxseed and warm water in a small bowl and lest rest for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small dish (we used an 8x8 square casserole dish) whisk the soy milk, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and cornstarch. Then mix in the flaxseed mixture.
  3. Soak bread slices on both sides.
  4. Place slices in lightly greased non-stick pan and brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side.)
